here are some ideas of mine
1. Custom PQ 2. NX contest - DRESS-UP competition 3. Guild Hangout 4. Players Hangout 5. PVP npc 6. Make something that is important in the server (etc. 100 leaf to trade for GM hat , 20 leaf to trade for ZAKUM HELM , 1000 left for GM scrolls ? ) 7. Boss Spawner NPC (Ache ideas) 8. Quests 9. More CHANNEL ( someone requested it inside game ) 10. SUPER REBIRTH NPC
just my suggestion any more feel free to share i will edit it with your ideas :S

mobs inside FM rooms is too easy, maybe a Boss Summoner in any FM will be okay
