Why should we pick you: You should pick me Because im a respectful and responsible GM and i've had A lot of experience with running/GM'ing pservers. I've have been an admin in 2 different servers and been a GM in atleast 10 different ones. (mostly v55 and v62)

If you saw a hacker what would you do?:It all depends on the servers policy, whether it is ban immediately or jail/warning. What ever the owners policy is, is how i would go about doing that.

Would you ban friends and/or family member if you caught them hacking? Again it all depends on the servers policy with hackers, but a hacker is a hacker non-the less.

What can you do besides this?:(im assuming this means coding wise) I'm taking a class in my school which teaches HTML and PHP but i still have quite a bit to learn.

Why should we pick you ahead of others: You should pick me because i would love to help the server and im very active and always in game. And i just want to make people happy. Very Happy

It does lack certain detail, but i'm impressed that u care about the server's actual ruleset.
